How to make Keto Greek Salad - easy low carb salad recipe

 1 Cucumber
 1 Red Pepper
 1 Green Pepper
 ½ Red Onion
 4 oz Feta Cheese
 ½ cup Kalamata OlivesPitted
 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
 1 tsp Dried Oregano
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 pinch Black Pepper

Halve the cucumber and cut into slices, add to a large mixing bowl.


Deseed and dice the peppers and add to the bowl.


Thinly slice the red onion and add to the bowl.


Dice the feta cheese and add to the bowl.


Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.


Serve immediately.
